OIL COLLECTION CONTAINERS
FREE BARRELS (RECYCLED, OF COURSE!)
We offer our restaurants FREE oil collection containers. Depending on the restaurant”s used cooking oil quantity, storage logistics and city’s requirements, we offer reclaimed 55 gallon “drums”.
One drum is suitable for restaurants needing storage for up to 45 gallons per month. We usually supply at least two barrels for those restaurant locations that need storage for 50-100 gallons per month. We slightly modify these drums by adding an hinged (attached) lid, a hasp and a lock. These improvements make the oil receptacle more convenient, cleaner and safer for those who need access to them.
For those restaurants who require larger storage capacity, or those managed properties with multiple restaurants, we can offer a larger storage bin for FREE as well! These bins are more robust, are more convenient and range from 90-220 gallons in storage capacity.
SPILL CONTAINMENT BASINS
We offer FREE containment basins for those clients which need it…or where city inspectors require it. This is a nice solution to have, but not always required. We can help you determine the basin needs at your location and will gladly supply one, if necessary. No worries!
FREE LARGER BINS (WHERE NEEDED!)
We offer larger capacity “bins” for FREE to all restaurant locations that demand larger storage volumes. These range from 100 gallons to 220 gallons in size. If your restaurant simply produces a larger quantity of oil, or your bin will be utilized in a community fashion (more than one restaurant using the same bin), then we will gladly accommodate your needs with a larger container. These bins rarely require containment and are more robust: They are very convenient, have improved theft/vandalism protection, and are more economical for our collection routes. That being said, the larger bins are a great solution for location which demand it!

ReitWeld FBES
The ReitWeld Fixed-Bed Esterification System converts Free Fatty Acids with ~90% efficiency per pass into methylesters. The process is continuous flow, so coupling to a continuous-flow transesterification system is easy. The system requires minimal labor and is scalable to meet your production capacity.
ReitWeld FD
The ReitWeld Fractional Distillation system allows recovered methanol to be purified (remove water) so that “water build-up” is not a problem. A byproduct of Windshield Wiper Fluid (water/methanol mixture) is generated. The system can be run in either batch or continuous mode and size according to your production capacity. Optional molecular sieve purification is available to further purify recovered methanol when desired.
