OKI TON is the Japanese term for our signature dish “Ton Katsu,” a very tender pork cooked by a special method we learned in Japan.
However, to the owners of OKI TON the name has another more personal meaning. “OKI” is short for Okinawa, a paradise island located in southern Japan, where they lived for many years.

The owners of OKI TON will always hold a special place in their hearts for the wonderful people of Japan.

*CO² results were derived from estimated gallons of oil provided by the restaurant that can be recycled in to B100 fuel; or estimated fuel consumption by the company. Emissions are compared to Diesel #2 fuel and are based off EPA's life cycle analysis. Engine year/type may cause variation in results.
