In 1995, Eddy Jabbour introduced San Diego to his exquisite menu of Healthy and Delicious food.
Coming from a family with deep roots in the foodservice industry, it was not too long before Eddy’s vision and motivation kicked in to start what quickly became one of San Diego’s Premier Breakfast, Lunch and Catering venues known as Eddy M’s. His Ultimate Goal was to provide the working individual the best food in a pleasant and comfortable environment at a reasonable price.
Today, in the 15th Year of successful operations, Eddy M’s Bistros, Café’s, and Catering are highly respected establishments with 7 locations in San Diego County. If there is one standard that separates us from our competition it is “Innovation”. Eddy M’s is constantly enhancing our business to reach the pinnacle of our industry. In our quest to be the best, we concentrate on the essential elements that make a successful food establishment.
