Go BIG or go HOME, has been our Pit Master Randy’s motto for as long as he can remember. He was probably born with a grillin’ fork in his hand.  After years of everyone ‘ohhhhing’ and ’ahhhhhhing’  over his BBQ at social events he decided to go a little bigger with his passion and open a grill. First stop… TEXAS to get a ‘Randy’ sized smoker/grill, then on to their first mobile unit and street fairs. The praise continues and the passion is reignited every time he sees a customer bite into his BBQ and make ‘the face’. Oh you know it… the ‘foodgasm’ face. Usually followed by an “Oh my God that is soooo good!”.
